Systems over slogans
An idea is finished when someone else can run it without you.
A civil engineer who became a performance and governance expert inside Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority — and an entrepreneurship-ecosystem builder in Irbid, Jordan.

Meaningful progress happens when vision becomes a system people can trust, use, and improve.
Dr. Mohammad Hassan Abu-Sheikha is a PMP®-certified projects, quality, excellence and performance expert and a QMS Lead Auditor. Since 2008 he has worked at Dubai’s Roads & Transport Authority — from engineering roles to the agency CEO office, the PMO, and strategic performance management.
In parallel he is a community builder and entrepreneur. He founded the ArabNoor Entrepreneurial Group and Conference in 2018, wrote the Irbid Charter for Entrepreneurship Support in 2019, and established the not-for-profit Sindyan in 2020 — all aimed at reversing brain drain by making support visible and reliable for entrepreneurs in a challenging environment.
He holds an MBA (University of Wolverhampton), an Executive Diploma in International Business Management (Westford School of Management) and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Al-Balqa’ Applied University), and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Jordanian Engineers Association. He works in Arabic and English.

The same curiosity that drives the systems work shows up off duty — in people, places and long walks that clear the next question.
